Manuscripts can also be sent to the editors in the form of postal parcels with a floppy disk or a computer disk with the text of the article (address: 350063, Krasnodar, Sedina str., 4).
All materials coming to the editorial office of the journal should pass preliminary selection regarding their compliance with the subject-matter of the journal and with the formal criteria for articles.
An article shall be accepted for consideration only on condition of its compliance with the requirements to registration of an article published on the official site of the journal.
Articles that do not meet the formal requirements will be rejected, and their authors will be informed about the decision.
In case it complies with all the requirements, the article will be sent for review to a recognized expert on the subject of the article.
